In short

VolumoPDF tools run right in your browser: your documents and images are never uploaded to our servers, stored or read by anyone.

Your documents

When you open a file in a tool, it is processed only by your device. The result is created on your device and then downloaded. We never receive a copy.

Anonymous visit statistics

To improve the site, we anonymously count page views and tool usage. For each visit we only record: the country (provided by our host), the device type (computer, phone, tablet), the browser and the website you came from.

These statistics use no cookies and we do not store your IP address. They cannot identify you.

Invitation-only access

If you join the site with an invitation link, we store the name and email address you provide, the date you joined and your latest visit. This information is only used to manage your access.

Essential cookies keep you signed in on your device. Your documents are never uploaded, so we can't see them. To have your information deleted, write to us at volumo.contact@gmail.com.

Services we use

Hosting: Netlify (servers in the United States). Like any host, it receives the technical information needed to deliver pages (IP address, browser).

Editor fonts: downloaded from Fontsource and jsDelivr. Only font files are requested, never your documents.

Donations: the "Support" button opens our payment provider's website in a new tab. If you donate, that provider handles your information under its own policies. We only count clicks on this button, anonymously.

Storage in your browser

The site may save a few preferences in your browser (light or dark theme, font list) and a visit marker for anonymous counting. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights and contact

For any question about your data, email us at volumo.contact@gmail.com. Since we keep no data that can identify you, we generally hold no personal information about you.

This policy may change, for example when new tools or services are added. The update date is shown at the top of this page.
